I chose Bridgge Grand Boutique solely for its proximity to Brueggen Castle. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the multilingual staff at the front desk, who could assist in German, English, Spanish, and Italian. The restaurant and 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property, were also impressive features.
Breakfast poor, almost non-existent. Window can't be opened.

We had a great experience at the Bridgge Grand Boutique. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel is brand new and very clean. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the modern design of the rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Easy to find and the location is convenient for exploring the city. Plenty of parking available. Rooms were modern and well-maintained.
The staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming, which impacted our stay negatively. Communication with staff was difficult as they spoke German despite us speaking English.

The hotel location was very convenient, with plenty of parking available in front of the building. the rooms were modern and new, with great soundproofing and a nice bathroom. the breakfast options were varied and tasty. the air conditioning worked well once I figured out how to use it, and the room had everything I needed.
The staff wasn't very friendly or helpful.

I was eager to visit Natur und Tierpark Bruggen, so I chose Bridgge Grand Boutique Hotel for its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the multilingual staff at the 24-hour front desk. Their language skills made communication effortless. , the restaurant offered delicious food, and the free WiFi throughout the property was convenient.

This hotel is new and modern, with plenty of parking options and a short walk to town. the room was the perfect size for one person and the air conditioner, once figured out, worked well. the best aspect was the breakfast, which had a lot of options to choose from.
The staff didn't seem very friendly and didn't make me feel welcome. They spoke in their own language, even when I politely requested they speak in English.
